Leap Advocates offers a variety of career and leadership coaching services for individuals, including leaders and executives, middle managers, new managers, and managers in career transition.

 

Our Approach

Leap Advocates offers one-on-one coaching to help leaders and managers improve their performance, identify and play to their strengths, and strategically manage their careers. Our coaching approach includes the following key components:

 

  • Alignment with your organizational leadership competency models.

  • Assessment of your baseline ability through 360-degree feedback collected from various stakeholders and incorporated into a action-oriented feedback report.

  • Personality assessment tools to help you gain self-awareness of your style.

  • Goal focused coaching to emphasize measurable outcomes from the coaching interactions.

  • Accountability, support and challenge to help you achieve results from the coaching engagement.

 

Qualifications

Our coaches bring a variety of educational and organizational coaching experience that make us well suited to coach leaders in organizations. In particular, Dr. Kevin Nourse brings the following qualifications to his work as a coach:

  • Certification by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

  • Ph.D. from the Fielding Graduate University in Human and Organization Development.

  • "Big 5" consulting leadership development and coaching experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.

  • Training with the Coaches Training Institute and Coach University.

  • Hands-on business experience drawn from past positions as a software developer, CPA, financial analyst, and human resource director.
