Kevin Nourse to Speak at the AAPA Executive Management Conference

Kevin Nourse was invited to speak at the annual Executive Management Conference of the American Association of Port Authorities. This event will be held May 7-11, 2007 in Tampa, FL. His sessions will focus on leadership influence and strategic thinking.

 

Kevin Nourse to Speak at the Latin American Caribbean Executive Management Conference

Kevin Nourse was invited to speak at the annual Latin American/Caribbean Executive Management Conference of the American Association of Port Authorities. This event will be held February 12-14, 2007 in Miami, FL. His talk will focus on leadership influence and leadership team effectiveness.


Kevin Nourse to Speak at SHRM Meeting (8/06)

Kevin Nourse was invited to speak at the training and development SIG of the Northern Virginia SHRM group on December 1. He will be speaking on influence strategies for HR professionals.

Kevin Nourse to Speak at AAPA Convention (6/06)

Kevin Nourse was invited to speak at the annual convention of the American Association of Port Authorities to be held September 10-14, 2006 in New Orleans. His talk will be entitled "Tackling 21st Century Challenges Through Strategic Leadership".


Kevin Nourse Auditions for TV Show (6/06)

Kevin Nourse was invited to audition for a host role on a soon to be produced pilot program on The Learning Channel entitled "Give Me a Raise!"

Trainer's Showcase (4/06)

Kevin Nourse Awarded an MA Degree (3/06)

Kevin Nourse was awarded a master's degree in human and organization systems from the Fielding Graduate University as an intermediate milestone in his Ph.D. program. This is his second masters degree.

 

Program on Strategic Thinking (2/06)

Kevin will be making a presentation on May 16, 2006 to seaport financial leaders for the American Association of Port Authorities. The program will focus on strategic thinking skill for financial executives. Click here for more information.

Kevin will be making a presentation to seaport leaders at the Executive Management seminar for the American Association of Port Authorities on May 8-12 in San Diego.


New Training Programs (12/05)

Kevin is now certified by Barnes & Conti to sell and deliver its Inspirational Leadership and Constructive Debate training programs. Inspirational Leadership is a two day program focused on developing skills among leaders that help inspire, engage and motivate others. Constructive Debate is a 2 day program designed to help leaders and managers to create more innovative ideas through clear communication and critical thinking – moving beyond defensiveness and competitiveness. PCC Certification (10/05)

Kevin Nourse was awarded the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF) in September 2005. The requirements for the PCC are 800 hours of coach experience, successful completion of a written and verbal certification test, and a review by other certified coaches. Coaching Course (7/05)

Kevin will be a teaching assistant for a course entitled “Survey of Coaching.” The course, focusing on emerging principles and practices in facilitation and coaching, is offered by The George Washington University and lead by Dr. Margaret New during the summer 2005 term.
