Kevin Nourse Awarded an MA Degree (3/06)
Kevin Nourse was awarded a master's degree in human and organization systems from the Fielding Graduate University as an intermediate milestone in his Ph.D. program. This is his second masters degree.

New Training Programs (12/05)
Kevin is now certified by Barnes & Conti to sell and deliver its Inspirational Leadership and Constructive Debate training programs. Inspirational Leadership is a two day program focused on developing skills among leaders that help inspire, engage and motivate others. Constructive Debate is a 2 day program designed to help leaders and managers to create more innovative ideas through clear communication and critical thinking – moving beyond defensiveness and competitiveness. PCC Certification (10/05)
Kevin Nourse was awarded the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF) in September 2005. The requirements for the PCC are 800 hours of coach experience, successful completion of a written and verbal certification test, and a review by other certified coaches. Coaching Course (7/05)
Kevin will be a teaching assistant for a course entitled “Survey of Coaching.” The course, focusing on emerging principles and practices in facilitation and coaching, is offered by The George Washington University and lead by Dr. Margaret New during the summer 2005 term.
